What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Every parcel we send is posted Royal Mail 1st class Tracked & Signed, not only giving peace of mind but also offering tracking information every step of the way.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It’s all dependant on your location. If you’re in the UK & you place your order before 3pm it will be with you the following day. For international customers it will of course take slightly longer depending on location. If you’re in Europe it’s usually 2-4 days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
YES! Just enter your address to see the shipping quote, if you don’t see your country listed, send us an email and we can discuss.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
As previously mentioned, we use Royal Mail for all our parcels. If you would like to request another carrier please do get in touch and we will be happy to arrange it.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept every major credit card & Apple Pay. Simply select your preference at checkout.
Can I pay cash?
YES! Simply select click & collect at checkout and your wonderful new goodies will be ready and waiting for you in store the following day/ same day. We’ll hold the items for 3 days from the confirmation of purchase. We do not offer cash on delivery.

How do I place an order?
Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed through the checkout.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Although an account is not required for purchasing items on our site, we do strongly recommend it. Having an Eye Mind Heart account not only enables you to keep track of your previous orders & wish lists but also signs you up to our mailing list where you will be the first to know of exciting new products and sale items.

How can I cancel or change my order?

How can I return a product?
No problem, just contact us & let us know. We offer 30 day returns for all goods purchased off the website, just make sure that the item is in it’s original condition with all paper work etc… included.
